Hapoel Soccer Club - The Pikesville Thanksgiving Tournament

This past Sunday, the Hapoel Soccer Club entered their Under-10 Years-Old Travel Team into the Pikesville Thanksgiving Tournament. This is the first Hapoel Soccer Club Travel Team and the first time that a Hapoel Travel Team was entered into a Tournament. After a long, hard Hapoel Soccer League Season and a month of training, the Travel Team was prepared to play within the Pikesville Tournament.

The Hapoel Soccer Club Under-10 Travel Team faced three opponents for a total of four games in the tournament: Rosedale Soccer Club, Fallston Soccer Club, and the Pikesville Soccer Club twice. The Hapoel Soccer Club finished the tournament with one win, three losses, and zero ties. The Hapoel Travel Team offense was lead by Dovid Feldman, Jonathan Galitzer, and Noach Aryeh Schwartz who provided an enormous amount of hard-work and creativity including a gorgeous goal by Dovid Feldman that was assisted by Jonathan Galitzer and a gorgeous goal by Jonathan Galitzer that was assisted by Dovid Feldman. The defense was anchored by Saadia Tuchman, Elie Mendlowitz, and Daniel Dasher. Goalies Yisroel Teitelbaum and Max Byer played fantastically in goal. Elisha Klejman and Zeke Melman played both on offense and defense and were as solid as any player on the field when called on to maintain the positive momentum for the Hapoel Club.

The Hapoel Soccer Club is extremely proud of our Travel Team and wish them a hearty Yasher Koach. We look forward to many more years of tournaments and many more years of success.
