Boy’s Division: K’tana League (1st - 3rd Grade Boys)

Game Summaries:

The first league match saw the Regular Season League Champion, Netanya Orange Hawks, play the Be'er Sheva Red Wolves. You'd think that the Orange Hawks would dominate this game from start to finish, but... this was not the case. The Red Wolves who have steadily improved all season showed a high level of skill and determination. Though the Orange Hawks won by a score of 3-0, this was truly a great game for both squads. The Orange Hawks goals were scored by Yaakov Singer (2 goals) and Noah Horn. Noah's goal was assisted by Chaim Shlomo Komarow.

The second league match featured the Netanya Blue Dolphins and the Bnai Brak Golden Lions. This match-up is an old rivalry and, as was to be expected, proved to be a fantastic game. The Blue Dolphins defense was stellar and ... Yitzi Feldman, the leagues leading goal scorer in last year's play-offs, scored two goals.

The third and final league match featured the Haifa Green Eagles and the Eilat Silver Sharks. The Green Eagles won the match 3-1 with a hat-trick (3 goals) from Iky Cohen. The Silver Shark's lone goal came from Duvie Bergman. The Green Eagles seem determined to take this league by storm.

Week 6 Honors
The "Play Hard" Players of the Week: The first Play Hard Player of the Game wanted to play Offense today. Yet, for the better of the team, his coach wanted him to play defense. The second Play Hard Player of the Week had an unbelievable game. He scored a hat-trick (3 goals) for his team.
