Hapoel soccer players on the offensive

There were a number of big performances in Hapoel Soccer's third week of action.

In the boys' kindergarten-first grade league, Justin Galitzer scored all of his team's goals to give the Red a 5-1 victory over Royal. Naftali Lipman got the Royal goal.

Jake Ely scored three times while Tuvya Rackover got two goals, and Lucas Kaplan one more to give the Yellow a 6-0 shutout of Purple.

Benjamin Robinson scored twice to help Forest to a 2-1 win over Green. Josh Rubin got the lone Green goal.

The Blue team edged Silver, 3-2. Ari Schopf got the hat trick in the win while Oren Eisenstadt and Yoav Cohn both scored once for Silver.

The Red and Royal teams played a 2-2 draw in second-third grade action. Aaron Robinson and Elijah Zack scored one goal apiece for the Red team while Moshe Chaim Majeski and Noach Solomson did the same for Royal. Chaim Singer added two assists.

Four players scored to give the Green a 6-0 victory over Forest. Matty Swire led with two goals while Colby Melkin, Cameron Harris-Gallahue, Josh Myers and Gabe Krantz all scored once.

Edan Friedman scored twice to help the Purple team to a 3-1 victory over Yellow. Joshua Straus added a goal and an assist while Eyal Mordechai also had an assist. Perry Ross scored the only Yellow goal.

The Silver team outlasted Blue, 6-3, in the week's best offensive game. Nadav Anolik led Silver with two goals while Danny Zweben played a big role with a goal and two assists. Jacob Glassman, Ethan Dalva and Aaron Weiss each scored one goal apiece.

In fourth-fifth grade action, Daniel Ginsburg, David Carton and Jacob Myers all scored one goal apiece to lead Red to a 3-1 victory over Yellow. Nadiv Panitch got the lone goal in a losing effort. Daniel Schopf added an assist.

Tani Makovsky led the Green to a 3-1 victory over Purple. Makovsky scored all of the goals while Yoni Broth had an assist. Matan Friedman scored for Purple while Jeremy Kardon had an assist.

The Blue team topped Silver, 4-1. Yehuda Edelstein led the way with two goals while Meir Komarow and Binyamin Edelstein each scored once. Jacob Black helped with an assist.

Jacob Mellman scored the Silver goal.

Avi Kallmeyer got the game's only goal to give Yellow a 1-0 victory over Red in the sixth-eighth grade division.

Noah Rosenfeld led the way with two goals and one assist as Green pulled out a 3-1 victory over Purple. Gabe Rybeck also scored in the win. Naftali Swartz scored the Purple, and Saadia Tuchman got an assist.

Jason Kardon's two goals and two assists paced to Blue in a 5-3 victory over Silver. Noah Zweben added two goals and two assists while Isaac Gould (one goal) and Sammy Ruchelman (one assist) also helped.

For the girls, the Purple team routed the Yellow, 9-0, in kindergarten-first grade action. Ella Gantman and Rayna Armon both finished with three goals and one assist. Eliana Raskas scored twice, and Adielle Tuchman added a goal and an assist.

Orly Strauss had two goals and one assist to lead the Silver to a 4-1 victory over Blue. Leah Winkler pitched in with a goal and an assist while Danielle Kronstadt scored once. Sara Sporkin and Esther Cohen both had assists. Miriam Edelstein scored the only Blue goal. Rina Esther Kerchner added an assist.

Abigail Salamon's four-goal effort helped the Purple to a 6-0 shutout of Yellow in second-third grade action. Nesiah Ely (one goal) and Hannah Ashe (one goal) both helped.

Rebecca Levine scored two goals while Nicole Fontenot added one more to give the Silver a 3-1 victory over the Blue. Shani Sukol got the Blue's goal.

In the fourth-fifth division, Danielle Galitzer's goal gave Silver a 1-0 victory over Blue.

The Purple beat the Yellow, 4-2. Aviva Lombardo led with two goals and one assist. Lila Bilsky (one goal, one assist), and Shoshana Kott (one goal) both scored while Yael Bilsky and Emma Hofman each had assists.

Eliana Tuchman and Daniella Zukerman each scored once for the Yellow team.

In sixth-eighth grade games, Rivka Malka Swartz's hat trick gave the Yellow a 3-1 win over Purple. Hannah Lombardo scored the Purple's only goal.

Naomi Zukerman and Elianna Kronisch both got one goal and one assist to give the Silver a 2-0 shutout of Blue.

Also, the boys' third grade travel team beat the previously undefeated MSI Dragons, 3-0. Eli Shemtov scored twice, and Mikhael Hammer-Bleich added the other goal. Daniel Zweben got two assists while Jacob Glassman had one.
