Hapoel Soccer gets a two-week break because of the Passover holidays, but the final week before the hiatus brought about plenty of offense.

In the fourth-sixth grade division, the Maroon/Kelly team rolled to a 6-1 victory over Royal/Black. Mikhael Hammer-Bleich led the winners with a hat trick while William Rosenthal added two goals and David Carton the other. Ben Shemony scored the lone Royal/Black goal. Yonatan Abrams remains the division's leading scorer with 24 points (from his 12 goals). Hammer-Bleich is second with 14 points (seven goals), just ahead of Rosenthal (12 points from six goals).

The second-third grade division saw plenty of offense as the Royal/Black team routed the Maroon/Kelly squad, 7-3. Elijah Zack paced the victory with four goals while Nadav Friedman-Hagbi scored twice, and Noah Mendelsohn got one more. Coby Melkin's hat trick led Maroon/Kelly in the loss. Zack's performance was typical of what he's done all season as he leads the league in scoring with 19 goals for 38 points. Aaron Weiss (Kelly) is far behind in second with six goals and two assists (14 points). Friedman-Hagbi is next with 12 points (six goals), just ahead of David Levy from Green (11 points).

The Royal/Black team also found success in the kindergarten-first grade game, scoring a 5-2 victory over Maroon/Kelly. Samuel Kushnir led the winners with his hat trick while Noam Roth scored the final two goals. Elior Waskow scored both Maroon/Kelly goals. Kushnir is the league's leading scorer in a tight battle with Jake Ely (Black) and Waskow. For Kushnir, nine goals gives him 18 points, two ahead of Ely and Waskow.

For the girls, Royal/Black scored a 3-0 victory over Maroon/Kelly in fourth-sixth grade action. Ayelet Berkowitz led the way with two goals while Emma Hofman scored the other. Hofman is the league's leading scorer with 11 points five goals and one assist. Danielle Galitzer is second with eight points (four goals), just ahead of Shoshana Trombka and Berkowitz, both of whom have six points (from three goals each).

The second-third grade division saw Maroon/Kelly easily beating Royal/Black, 7-0. Nesiah Ely had three goals while Elyana Schwartz and Rebecca Levine each scored twice. Ely is the division's leading scorer with 18 points (on nine goals). Schwartz is right behind with 14 (seven goals), just ahead of Levine and Natalie Fontenot (10 goals, on five assists).

The Maroon/Kelly team edged Royal/Black, 3-2, in the kindergarten-first grade game. Two players took care of the offense in this game. Mira Rodney led the winners with three goals while Dalia Skolnick had two for Royal/Black. But Rayna Armon from Royal and Ella Gantman from Maroon have been far in front in the scoring race this season. Armon is first with 24 points (from 12 goals) while Gantman sits behind her with 20 points (from 10 goals).
